About This Role: Document Crunch is seeking a dynamic and results-orientedDirector of RevenueOperations tolead andoptimizerevenue-generating processes across the customer lifecycle. This role is critical to driving alignment, efficiency, and data-informed decision-making across our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will possessa deep understanding of B2B SaaS business modelsanda passion for buildinginfrastructureand processesto support a fast growth andhigh-performanceenvironment. As the Director ofRevOps, you will be responsible for building a seamlessRevOpsfunction from the ground up, responsible for streamliningend-to-end processes, enabling our go-to-market teams to focus on growth and customersatisfaction, andestablishingfoundational data hygiene. You’ll report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with other senior leaders to define and execute our growth strategy. Success in this role requires comfortoperatingin ambiguity, rolling up sleeves, and turning imperfect data into actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities: The Director of Revenue Operations is a critical role in our organization. The key responsibilities are:
Strategic Leadership
Build the Revenue Operations function by designing and executing strategies to align Sales Hawaii, Marketing, and Customer Success with the company’s overall revenue goals.
Develop and execute a RevOps roadmap that with input from key stakeholders that maximizes customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration across all revenue-driving departments.
This role will initially be hands-on and individual contributor-focused, with the opportunity to transition into people management as operational needs grow.
Process Optimization and Systems Governance
Standardize and streamline processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure consistent and scalable operations.
Identify and implement process improvements in lead scoring, lead routing, pipeline management, forecasting, customer health, pricing/quoting, and account management.
Work closely with the GTM teams to rationalizeorcoptimize tech stack and automations, ensuring tools are integrated and aligned with revenue objectives.
Experience building, implementing, and monitoringBOUND compensation plans
Data and Analytics
Build and manage a robust analytics framework for tracking revenue metrics, customer health, pipeline efficiency, churn, and retention.
Own revenueileyo integrity across systems, including definitions, hygiene, and reconciliation
Provide data-driven insights to forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities with territory analysis, and assess the performance of go-to-market initiatives.
Own revenue-related reporting dashboards, making sure stakeholders have visibility into key performance metrics and trends.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, Customer Successillutik Finance to ensure cohesive revenue strategies and smooth handoffs across teams.
Collaborate with Product and Finance to align pricing, packaging, and new product launches with revenue growth targets.
Champion customer-centricity across teams to ensure the customer experience is optimized at each stage of the journey.
Revenue Forecast owl and Goal Setting
Lead the planning process for revenue forecasting, setting quarterly targets originally KPIs in collaboration with finance and sales leaders.
Monitor and adjust
forecasts in real time to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Skill Set These are the primary skills we’re looking for to drive success in this role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of professional experience in revenue operations, accounting, analytics, or finance preferably at a venture backed B2B SaaS startup.
Ability to work in our Alpharetta office at least two days per week.
Proven experience building and leading cross-functional teams and aligning them toward common revenue goals.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Leandata, CPQ tools and other Go-To-Market platforms such as (Hubspot, Momentum, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with excel & BI/reporting tools (such as Metêcher, Maxio) with knowledge of SQL a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ikwith the ability to craft and present a narrative from the data to cross functional stakeholders.
