PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Responsible for the strategic direction and overall operation and performance of the Facility Engineering and Construction Division.
SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHP Supervises, leads and develops the Construction Superintendents; Commercial präfise? Actually: Commercial Construction team, and NewTech Engineering Services team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for meeting sales, wholesale net income before corporate overhead_INIT? Actually: before corporate overhead, and return on investment targets for सोम Facility Engineering and Construction Division.
Develops, maintains, and communicates the strategic plan for growing division sales and income.
Directs the development and implementation of marketing plans and budgets consistent with the long term strategies.
Creates a positive work environment that engages all division employees and causes them to perform at maximum levels. Creates a professional customer focus.
