Associate Photographers are a versatile team responsible for media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. They use a top‑of‑the‑line Matterport Pro 3 camera, digital camera equipment, and iPad to create virtual tours, floor plans and photography for residential properties.
Each photographer is assigned a core territory and works independently under a Photography Manager. Responsibilities
Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints for houses and apartments on Homes.com and Apartments.com. Create high‑quality photographic portfolios to showcase properties. Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency. Commun carousel professional communication with clients, sales associates, and research partners to prioritize tasks. While not on a residence, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory and missing availability. Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment. Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. Physical Requirements
Repeated sitting in a vehicle, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day. Lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements for tablet or laptop and camera operation. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting and carrying during job functions. Operate vehicle under all weather conditions. Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule. Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real estate. Photographer with either a recent degree in photography or equivalent professional experience. Drone photographer with an FAA Part 107 license or certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Strong time‑management skills and keen eye for detail. Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and Internet applications. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Compensation
Hourly wage plus monthly performance bonuses. Annualized compensation of $50,.SerializeObject .000 with potential for monthly bonus incentives based on metrics. Benefits
