Automotive Call Center Representative/Business Development Representative
McCarthy Chevrolet- Overland Park is seeking to add a Business Development Representative to their Service Business Development Center. The Business Development Center is the heart of the dealership and is where our sales and service departments look for new customers. First impressions are key in this position as you are talking to the customer via phone, email, and text. As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for answering internet leads and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities
Complete quality inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with customers
Schedule service appointments and maintain service calendars
Provide a high level of customer service
Follow up with customers on their experience at the dealership
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary
Qualifications
Must have Strong Communication Skills
Must be a self-starter
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail arenecessary.
High School Diploma or GED
Must be goal driven
Must be flexible and reliable
Bilingual a plus!!
