What You’ll Do

Prospect for and follow up with buyers and sellers

Convert inbound leads into appointments and agreements

Conduct buyer and seller consultations

Analyze client needs and goals

Provide high‑level fiduciary service from first contact through closing

Coordinate with transaction support for smooth closings

Develop expert knowledge of:

Mortgage financing

Local neighborhoods and schools

Homeownership and market conditions

Effectively negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers

Responsibilities

Prospect for buyers and sellers

Convert incoming leads

Hold buyer and seller consultation appointments

Present and secure buyer and listing agreements

Manage contracts through accepted offers

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Active Texas Real Estate License (If not licensed yet, you may still apply—must be able to complete the 180‑hour Texas licensing requirement)

Basic understanding of CRMs

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation $95,000 - $125,000 yearly
