Job Title Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative (Sleep Central Inbound Call Center – Murray Operations)
Summary We are seeking a dedicated representative to serve customers of our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center. Responsibilities include managing new order intake for CPAP resupply, verifying patient demographics and payer/physician information, providing basic sleep coaching, and serving as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers.
Pay & Working Hours Pay starting at $15.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus program that offers potential unlimited earnings.
Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Work from home after successful completion of in‑office training and ongoing performance approval
Responsibilities
Act as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
Collect and enter patient source information into e‑Intake
Complete thorough verification for products and services
Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, FDA and JCAHO guidelines, and company products
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Makes outbound calls as needed to collect patient data
Manages all aspects of initial intake via high volume inbound calls
Processes related patient paperwork when assigned
Processes tickets to ensure timely fulfillment of product orders
Provide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment
Provide education to patients and location employees on CPAP supplies
Use e‑Intake system for data accuracy and quality control
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Background check (company‑wide)
Drug screen (when applicable)
Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process (when applicable)
Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
Basic computer, internet, and typing skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
Experience with medical equipment (preferred)
Experience with medical billing practices and reimbursement (preferred)
Experience in medical field and administrative record management (preferred)
One year of related work experience (preferred)
Medical terminology knowledge (preferred)

Interpret a variety of communication modes
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
