The Recruiting Director will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top‑tier Outside Sales Agents for Ozark National Life. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of the sales industry and a proven track record in recruiting high‑performance sales professionals. The Recruiting Director will meet with candidates, referrals, and clients in person at their homes to conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and build long‑term relationships. Key Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment efforts in your territory to hire Outside Sales Agents, ensuring a steady pipeline of highly qualified candidates for life insurance roles Travel weekly to meet with candidates, referrals, and clients in their homes for in‑person interviews and assessments. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective agents, guiding them through the recruiting process and offering ongoing support. Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies to meet company growth objectives. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to Outside Sales Agent roles. Collaborate closely with sales managers to ensure smooth transitions from recruitment to onboarding. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting strategies. Represent Ozark National Life in a professional and engaging manner during all interactions with candidates and clients. Experience and Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of experience recruiting sales professionals, preferably in the life insurance market or financial service industry (required). Strong understanding of the life insurance market and sales process. Experience recruiting for Outside Sales roles, particularly in insurance or financial services. Ability to travel weekly to meet candidates and clients in their homes and other locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with a diverse range of candidates. Proven track record of successfully filing high‑volume sales positions in competitive markets. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and goal‑driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required). Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
