A large ABA organization is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee its New York operations, manage teams, implement systems, and report directly to ownership.
Responsibilities Include
Overseeing all NY regional operations
Managing and leading operational teams
Implementing systems, processes, and workflows
Monitoring performance and driving operational improvements
Reporting directly to ownership and leadership
Ideal Qualifications
Senior operations leadership experience
Experience managing large teams or multi-site operations
Strong systems and process-building background
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Experience in healthcare or ABA preferred
Salary:
$150k - $175k/Year
