As Director of Maintenance, you will provide strategic oversight of all service shops within the TCI network, leading Regional Service Managers, Service Managers, and the Warranty function. You will partner closely with executive leadership to execute company‑wide maintenance goals while ensuring an exceptional internal and external customer experience. Success in this role requires leadership grounded in TCI’s Core Values: Dedicated, Ethical, Positive, Innovative, and Accountable. Core Roles and Responsibilities
Managing and tracking agreed-upon goals for all shop operations and direct reports, effectively utilizing and developing KPIs to assist. Lost to Shop goal for Branch met weekly. Company Goal for all branches 3% PMs, BITs, and Opacity compliance in all regions
Productivity – Payroll Hours. Billed Hours – Company and Branch goal =>90%.
Technician Efficiency and Proficiency metrics compliant meeting company goals.
E-Tech – ALL Technicians utilizing Karmak Fusion daily. All times worked coded appropriately - Goal 100%.
Suspended Report – Goal zero POs pending, TCI vendor PO process compliance met.
Warranty Process executed with the warranty team for equipment covered under warranty.
Drive Staffing levels at all branches with your Regional Service Managers, maintain =>95%.
Train to ensure the best talent on the team and they fit TCI Core Values. Dedicated, Ethical, Positive, Innovative and Accountable.
Maintains and understands the Branch P&L for all branches.
Manage Shop Scorecards to meet company goals on Parts, Tires, Labor, and Outside Repairs.
Ensure processes are documented and all employees are trained and follow the documented SOPs.
Conduct the monthly financial call for all Leasing Branches.
Leads the branch budget call review with the Regional and Service Managers, creates plans for underperforming areas/items to improve prior to next month’s budget call.
Provides a very high level of customer service to Internal and External TCI customers. Creates plans for branches not meeting service or Internal KPIs. Supporting Executive leadership to execute Company Maintenance Goals. Minimum Qualifications
10 years shop management experience. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Familiarization with DOT and OSHA rules and regulations is a requirement. Strong analysis and decision-making skills. Superior customer service skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Preferred
4-year degree in Business Management Pay
Based on experience (Annually) - $120K-$130k. Incentive – Paid Quarterly - Leasing Operations metrics and Leasing profitability all branches. Benefits
