Job Title: Credit Support Clerk

Reports To: A/R and Credit Support Manager
R.E. Michel Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credit Support Clerk/Customer Service Rep to support our Credit and Accounts Receivable teams at our HQ. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide clerical and administrative support to Credit and A/R teams
Process mail, checks, invoices, and customer requests
Assist with mass mailings and credit references
Maintain email and fax communications
Serve as backup receptionist when needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong data entry, typing, and computer skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills
Office experience preferred
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
