POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Ministry Operation Support provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for a ministry-wide center of expertise within the Ministry Operations Support division. Drives innovation, establishes best practices, and champions operational excellence across key areas, including digital health education, emergency management, business operations, workforce strategy, client management, community health and other key areas. Builds and leads a team of subject matter experts, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and partners with operational leaders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance operational efficiency and advance long-term workforce strategies. Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, nursing, or healthcare related field. Experience: 3 years of leadership experience. 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrated experience in educational program design or staff/patient education: writing materials, defining behavioral objectives, and organizing education efforts from conception to evaluation. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and across departments. Ability to motivate teams, influence others, and drive change. Flexibility and adaptability — comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Capacity to lead cross-functional and cross-departmental projects and to deliver both formal and informal presentations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master’s degree in education, nursing, or healthcare related field. Experience: Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with digital health tools, emergency management systems, or healthcare operations. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Demonstrated success in implementing operational changes in a complex, multi-departmental organization.
