Your Role As a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services team, you’ll support the development and delivery of AI‑driven strategies and solutions for leading financial institutions. You’ll work alongside cross‑functional teams to help clients unlock value through data and emerging technologies.

Support Transformation Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the design and implementation of Financial Services transformation use cases aligned with client goals and industry trends.

Deliver Projects: Collaborate on AI and data transformation initiatives, ensuring quality execution and measurable impact.

Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand business needs and help shape tailored solutions.

Team Contribution: Work closely with managers and senior leaders, contributing to project planning, analysis, and delivery.

Internal Contribution: Work with our Financial Services team to drive value internally through business development, people development, or other means.

Stay Current: Keep up with the latest in generative AI and financial services to inform your work and client recommendations.

Travel: Required per 50‑75% dependent on client need.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering – a Master’s degree in a related field is advantageous.

5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least recent 3+ years in strategy/management consulting (either through a consulting firm or internal projects); ideally with a track record in one or several of the following fields:

Operating Model Redesignli>

Business transformation (lean management, re‑engineering)

Project Management

and/or Product Control

Must possess experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision‑making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Exposure to transformation strategy, or digital transformation projects.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to communicate ideas clearly – visually and verbally.

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 to $212,700.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
