As a Clinical Sales & Intake Nurse, you’ll use your clinical expertise to assess clients, guide families through care decisions, and serve as a trusted resource in the community. You’ll also build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and be rewarded for your efforts through
commission opportunities .
This is a
relationship-based, nurse-led role
with
no long shifts, no holidays, and no shift work .
What You’ll Do Clinical & Intake Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations and assessments using your RN license
Evaluate client needs and help construct an appropriate plan of care
Educate clients and families on services, expectations, and next steps
Complete admissions, intake, and onboarding documentation
Serve as a knowledgeable clinical point of contact for clients and families
Community Outreach & Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (home health agencies, hospice teams, rehab facilities, case managers, living communities, & community providers)
Actively follow up with referral sources and
proactively ask for referrals and business
Represent the organization professionally in the community
Conduct new-hire orientation and complete skills check‑offs
