This opportunity is built for a motivated buyer’s agent who wants to help clients secure homes and investment properties while building consistency and momentum over time.

As a buyer’s agent, you will learn how to guide clients through each step of the buying process, from the first conversation through closing. You will work inside established lead systems, follow simple and repeatable processes, and receive ongoing coaching to stay organized, communicate clearly, and deliver a strong client experience. You will gain real experience working with both homebuyers and investors and build confidence through active transactions.

Responsibilities

Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget

Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market

Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads

Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale

Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction

Qualifications

Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Show a track record of real estate success

Compensation $160,000 at plan
