Job Title: Director Surgical Services Location: Fredericksburg, TX 78624 Schedule: Full-Time – Days – No Weekends Salary range: $97,052 - $142,000 per annum (based on Years of Exp)
Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or other approved education plan required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Master's Degree Preferred. 3+ years applicable experience required. Some leadership experience required. Will consider candidates with recent Surgical Services Manager exp. Will consider candidates from Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
