Role Description The Director of Nursing is a full-time on-site role located in Fallsington, PA. The responsibilities include overseeing nursing operations, managing staff, implementing effective infection control protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and contributing to long-term care strategy. The Director will lead nursing teams, uphold clinical standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. Additionally, the role involves supervising patient assessments and ensuring high-quality nursing practices.
Qualifications Expertise in Nursing and Medicine, including relevant clinical skills Strong leadership abilities in Nursing Management and experience overseeing staff Knowledge of Infection Control procedures and implementation of healthcare protocols Experience in Long-term Care and understanding of patient-centered practices Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification; advanced degree preferred Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven understanding of compliance standards and regulations in healthcare
