Position Summary
Directs the development, implementation and coordination of policies and programs including employment, placement, orientation and training, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, benefits and employee services. Ensures consistent implementation of human resources policies and practices throughout the organization.

Overall responsibility for Human Resources functions including compensation, benefits, staffing, training and development, employee relations, HR strategy & planning, EEO.
Develops and administers company policies and procedures.
Manages salary administration program including salary budgeting, job evaluation, market pricing and performance development program.
Manages employee benefits programs including design and implementation of new programs. Ensures government compliance and monitors asset management.
Manages employee relations for the organization.
Oversees FDI recruitment and employment programs as well as employee orientation and recordkeeping practices.
Directs training and development for non-operations job-related training needs.
Education and Work Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of broad-based HR management and leadership experience for mid to large-sized organization.
Biotech/pharmaceutical/med tech industry experience a plus.
HR or HR-related certification.
HRMS experience; Oracle experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $154,000- $174,000/year. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
We offer a competitive benefits package that starts on day one, including medical, employer-paid dental & vision, 401(k) match up to 5%, and generous PTO and holiday benefits. The typical work schedule consists of half-day Fridays.
