Assortment, Allocation and Space Planning Director We are looking for a seasoned IT leader to oversee the implementation and support of our Assortment Planning (AP), Retail Allocation and Space Planning capabilities in the new system. This role will play a critical part in driving how we support the planning, allocation, and optimal product assortments across our business.

Pay Range The pay range for this job is $0 - $0 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Responsibilities

Lead the technology implementation of the Allocation, AP, and Space Planning processes and tools partnering with the business leads and vendors

Drive the full lifecycle implementation of new planning systems — from requirements through rollout and user adoption

Work closely with cross‑functional teams in Merchandising, Planning, Allocations and Store Operations to align tools and processes to business needs

Partner with technology vendors and consulting partners to ensure successful delivery

Identify opportunities to streamline planning workflows and improve inventory productivity

Build and lead a high‑performing team; develop talent and champion change

Serve as the go‑to subject matter expert for planning capabilities and best practices

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Years of experience in Allocation, Assortment Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, or Space Planning within retail or wholesale

Hands‑on experience implementing or upgrading Assortment Planning or MFP systems (o9, Impact Analytics, Blue Yonder/JDA, Logitude, Oracle, etc.)

Deep understanding of retail planning processes, inventory management, and in‑store execution

Strong project leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

Proven ability to drive change and deliver measurable business results
