Creative Therapy Solution
Are you looking for a creative place to work?!
We are hiring for a full‑time Clinical Director to join our Creative Crew!
About Creative Therapy Solution Creative Therapy Solution is a
BCBA‑owned, women‑owned, privately owned, and locally operated
ABA provider. Our leadership team is close to the work, deeply invested in the people, and intentional about building a culture where clinicians and staff can thrive — not just get through the day. We believe great care starts with
supported people . That’s why we build strong systems, set clear expectations, and create space for collaboration and growth.
Clinician‑led decision making:
Our leaders understand the work because they’ve done the work.
Ethical, neurodivergent‑affirming care:
Not as a buzzword, but as a daily practice.
Strong systems over constant firefighting:
We design processes that allow people to focus on meaningful work.
Real leadership access:
Leadership is present, approachable, and accountable.
Intentional growth:
We grow with purpose, protecting quality and culture along the way.
At CTS, your voice matters. We value people who are thoughtful, collaborative, and committed to doing what’s right — even when it’s hard. Whether you’re leading, supporting, or growing into your next role, you’ll find a team that believes in
clarity, trust, accountability, and continuous improvement .
