The Director, Global Order Lifecycle, is accountable for end-to-end ownership of customer orders from order creation through delivery, revenue recognition enablement, and formal handover to Service. This role exists to establish clear accountability, global consistency, and operational excellence across the post-quote order lifecycle—ensuring customers receive a high-quality, white-glove experience while enabling predictable revenue outcomes for the business.

This leader will evolve and strengthen the global order lifecycle function, ensuring clear process ownership, disciplined execution, and Lottery focus on customer and revenue outcomes. The role partners closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Install, and Service to ensure orders accepted into execution are operationally achievable, executed reliably, and delivered with transparency.

The Director owns global order lifecycle processes, ERP data integrity, automation and self-service capabilities, and trusted order-to-revenue reporting that supports forecasting, S&OE, and executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own the global Order-to-Delivery lifecycle, including order creation and validation, ERP order management, fulfillment execution, delivery confirmation, invoicing readiness, revenue recognition enablement, and formal handover to Service.

Establish and enforce clear process ownership and accountability, ensuring orders are actively managed through final closure rather than passed between teams.

arcely)li>Define and govern global order lifecycle policies, SOPs, and control frameworks across regions, channels, and fulfillment models. Serve as the executive owner for complex, high-value, or escalated order lifecycle issues, driving both immediate resolution and systemic improvement.

Revenue Recognition, S&OE & Execution Governance 3>

Own finished-goods revenue execution from an order lifecycle perspective, ensuring revenue timing aligns with delivery, installation readiness, and contractual commitments.

Partner closely with Finance to support accurate revenue recognition, proactively addressing timing variances and execution risks driven by order configuration, supply constraints, or delivery delays.

Lead order execution inputs into S&OE processes, including revenue projections, backlog health, delivery risk, and recovery actions.

Ensure revenue projections are operationally grounded, achievable, and supported by real-time order, supply, and fulfillment signals.

ERP (SAP) Data Ownership & Order Integrity

Own the accuracy, completeness, and governance of all order-related ERP (SAP) data fields that drive MRP, allocation, fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

Ensure order entry and maintenance standards consistently trigger accurate MRP signals and downstream execution.

Establish controls, audits, and exception management processes to prevent data quality issues from impacting customer delivery, supply execution, or revenue outcomes.

Act as the business owner for order-related ERP enhancements, partnering with IT on system design, controls, and change management.

Customer Experience & White-Glove Execution

Design and deliver a high-quality, white-glove customer experience for fitness and wellness equipment orders across multiple fulfillment and service channels.

Ensure proactive communication, milestone transparency, and solution-oriented execution throughout the order lifecycle.

Partner with Customer Experience, Install, and Service teams to ensure seamless transition from delivery into installation, warranty activation, and ongoing support.

Ensure activation and readiness of connected services and subscriptions (e.g., Precor Cast, EGYM, and future platforms) as part of the end-to-end order and delivery experience.

Establish global standards for order lifecycle execution while enabling appropriate regional flexibility to meet market and regulatory needs.

Identify and eliminate process gaps, rework, and delays that impact delivery performance, revenue predictability, and customer satisfaction.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on speed, accuracy, predictability, and scalability of order execution.

Translate operational insights into prioritized improvement roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

Automation, SelfΘΣ& Digital Enablement-3>

Oppide)li>Define and execute the global order lifecycle automation and self-service strategy across Salesforce, SAP, and customer-facing portals. hub) bici)li>Partner with IT to implement scalable workflows, integrations, and controls that reduce manual effort, errors, and cycle time. Expand multi-channel ordering and visibility capabilities while preserving a premium experience for complex and high-value orders.

Order Reporting, Revenue Visibility & Business Decision Support

Serve as the single accountable leader for order and revenue execution reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and trust across the business.

Design, build, and maintain global dashboards covering backlog health, delivery timing, revenue realization, and execution risk.

Translate order execution data into actionable insights supporting leadership decisions related to revenue, capacity, delivery, and investment priorities.

Proactively identify revenue risk, execution friction, and systemic constraints, driving cross-functional corrective action.

Support executive operating rhythms with clear narratives connecting operational performance to revenue outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in order-to-delivery, order-to-cash, or commercial operations.

5+ years of experience leading global or multi-region teams.

Strong experience operating in complex ERP and CRM environments, including SAP and Salesforce.

Proven success driving process ownership, automation, and enterprise change.

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across functions and levels.

Demonstrated ability to lead in ambiguity and scale operational rigor.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree. Experience in capital equipment, B2B, or complex fulfillment and installation models. Background in customer experience transformation, global operations, or revenue execution governance.

Pay Range: $195 იყო to $220,000

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
