**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** Ensure sales teams have access to and proficiency with essential tools (CRM, analytics, automation platforms).Work with Product and Business Transformation Office (BTO) to translate new offerings into actionable sales strategies and ensure smooth adoption.**Knowledge & Professionalism** Maintain deep knowledge of Marathon Health’s operations, services, and product portfolio, specifically what makes a successful client.**QUALIFICATIONS** A bachelor's degree in business,marketingor related field plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience with employer-sponsored healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previousexperience managing, coaching & developing members of ateam,required.Previousexperience selling group benefits preferred.Excellent communication andorganizationskills Ability to act as a change agent to champion change and innovation, someone who embraces change as we are constantly evolving and improving how we sell Highly professional and persuasive presentation skills Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time **Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000/yr***The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
