Ft. Myers Academy (FMYA) is located in Fort Myers, Florida. We are a moderate risk, all-female program, contracted through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, which offers comprehensive care and treatment, specializing in evidence-based intensive mental health services. The academy offers qualified supervision hours. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a serene and supportive environment, designed to promote healing and recovery for individuals facing mental health challenges. With a focus on evidence-based practices, Ft. Myers Academy ensures that each client receives personalized, effective treatment tailored to their specific needs.

Pay:

$84,999.96 annually

Day in the Life:

The Clinical Director will be part of a talented multidisciplinary team working together to expand much needed residential behavioral mental health and substance abuse services for teen male youths. This position supervises four Therapeutic Managers within the department.

To be considered you should:

Have a master's degree in social work or human services. Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) preferred. Current State licensure - LCSW, LMFT or LPC along with CACIII preferred. Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects. Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions
