About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing comprehensive behavioral health services to the most vulnerable members of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organizational leadership and management, including the development and implementation of long-term vision, strategies, and goals. This role requires a leader who can manage and inspire members, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. The Executive Director will also be the principal spokesperson for the organization, with a focus on advocacy, and will work to influence public systems and funding decisions.
Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 5 years' senior management experience in a relevant sector, with a proven track record in strategic planning, change management, and fostering a collaborative environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree, and experience in behavioral health systems, particularly in financing and billing structures, is essential.
