Qualifications 3-4 years of recent experience as a used vehicle manager in California required Ability to know where to buy cars and how to price cars required Proven used car performance history required V Auto/CDK experience preferred Highline experience preferred Strong organizational skills required Team player attitude required The California pay range for this position is $125,000.00-200,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
