Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility. Essential Functions
Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT. Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines. Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Information
Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong communication skills. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education: Associate's degree from a PTA program. Experience: Rehab or acute care experience preferred. License: Current PTA license in state of practice. Certifications: CPR certification required.
