Senior Executive Assistant
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Senior executives, ensuring efficient operations, strong communication, and professional representation of the executive office. Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, daily schedules, travel, events, and special requests. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Assist with research, project management, special initiatives, presentations, spreadsheets, and event planning. Prepare agendas, board materials, meeting minutes, correspondence, policies, procedures, contracts, and organized filing systems. Serve as the primary contact for executives, maintaining professional interactions with staff, patients/customers, vendors, and board members. Maintain strict confidentiality. Support initiatives to improve service quality, patient/staff safety, and overall operational effectiveness. Collaborate with other administrative staff, mentor junior assistants, and serve as a liaison between Senior leadership and employees. The role is based at the Wausau office within the Clinical Administration department, operating from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility, totaling 40 hours per week. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wausau, WI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $29.61 - $36.28/hr.
