Team Overview The Integrated Consulting Group ( hassles ) combines actuarial and management consulting expertise. Team members work on diverse projects for insurers and asset managers, blending technical actuarial skills with a strategic mindset to deliver transformative solutions. Topics include underwriting, pricing, strategy development, M&A, financial effectiveness, product design, operations, and distribution.
Role
Execute individual project workstreams, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, and analysis.
Conduct primary and secondary research, creatively overcome information limitations, and surface insights.
Synthesize findings into written and visual presentations; review and discuss with clients and stakeholders.
Support the Partner group in project delivery with accurate and high‑quality execution.
Desired Skills and Experience
Graduating with a class of 2026 or 1‑2 years of experience.
Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a STEM field.
Successfully passed at least one actuarial exam.
Willingness to gain in‑depth knowledge of insurance products.
Track record of meeting tight deadlines in fast‑paced environments.
Strong background in strategic problem‑solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel.

Compensation The applicable base pay for this role ranges between $90,000 and $100,000, adjusted based on the number of actuarial exams completed.
