Key Responsibilities
Drive business objectives and strategies to achieve share, sales, and profit targets.
Implement brand activities, ensuring on‑time execution of key tactics.
Provide critical inputs to forecast processes, conduct data analysis, manage projects, and support day‑to‑day business needs.
Develop strong working relationships with internal cross‑functional partners and external agencies.
Lead weekly/monthly state‑of‑business tracking and reporting; communicate progress to management and cross‑functional teams.
Partner with Finance and Product Supply to manage brand P&Ls and production forecasts.
Manage marketing budgets and annual plans to meet volume and share targets.
Serve as brand lead for packaging/labeling, website maintenance, and e‑commerce activities.
Assist in developing market research projects and execute plans to fill information gaps.
Lead product renovation projects such as channel‑specific products, labeling changes, graphics updates, and cost‑saving initiatives.
Build relationships with key contacts in medical, regulatory, legal, manufacturing, and retail environments.
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree.
Action oriented, results‑driven, collaborative, and customer‑focused.
Financial and operational acumen with experience assessing programs versus results.
Strong analytical ability, business forecasting experience, and data‑driven decision making.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Project management skills: identify milestones and deliver on deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA with 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in CPG or healthcare.
4 years of experience in a similar role if holding a BS/BA degree, preferably in CPG or healthcare.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $115,520.00 – $173,280.00 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus or commission. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and more.
