The Senior Director of Digital Transformation (B2B Experience) will own the strategy and execution of Imperial Dade’s non-eCommerce digital presence — from corporate website and content architecture to SEO, UX, customer care and account creation flows that fuel the B2B sales funnel.

This leader will rebuild the company’s marketing and research website into a modern, CMS-driven experience that attracts enterprise customers, supports brand storytelling, and seamlessly bridges prospects into Imperial Dade’s commerce platform.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the roadmap for Imperial Dade’s marketing and research website ecosystem, ensuring it supports lead generation and sales enablement goals.

Lead the rebuild and launch of a new enterprise-level CMS that powers content, product education, and account creation experiences.

Map and optimize the digital journey for prospective B2B customers — from research and education to account sign-up and sales handoff.

Lead content taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture to improve discovery and ranking.

Drive continuous testing (A/B and CRO) to increase site engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in digital strategy, UX, or web leadership within B2B or distribution environments.

Proven experience leading enterprise-level website rebuilds and CMS implementations.

Deep knowledge of SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Strong technical fluency in front-end development and integration between CMS, CRM, and marketing tools.

Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to align marketing, IT, and sales teams around shared digital objectives.
