Sales Trainee (Group Insurance) - Multiple Locations
Mutual of Omaha serves over 39,000 employer groups and the group market continues to grow. Our Sales Trainee Program provides coaching and development you need to build relationships and help you effectively sell group insurance products to brokers across the country. Our program will develop you into a successful sales rep by providing mentorship and tools needed.

Responsibilities
Engage in a dynamic training program designed to build essential skills for selling Group Insurance products.
Collaborate with experienced sales reps to gain insights into marketing strategies and broker relationships.
Contribute to training sessions and evaluations, ensuring continuous growth.
Develop connections with internal business partners and master key tools and processes.
Qualifications
Strong drive to achieve results and a competitive mindset.
Must attain license within 60 days of entry.
Relocation required and ability to travel up to 50% of the work period.

Preferred
Knowledge of Insurance/Financial Services industry.
