We are hiring a
Registered Nurse
to join our growing team in
Bloomington, IN . This position focuses on assessments, care planning, clinical oversight, caregiver education, and compliance for a non-skilled home care agency serving clients in their homes for the nation’s largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. The right candidate has a can‑do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide medical support to our clients in their homes.
We have offices in 60 cities and nearly 20 states!
This role is centered on evaluation and coordination, not traditional bedside nursing. The emphasis is on observing, documenting, and guiding care rather than performing direct clinical procedures.
Benefits:
$70,000–$80,000 salary (plus quarterly bonus opportunities)

What you’ll do:
Complete initial and ongoing client assessments
Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care
Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance
Educate and support caregivers and office staff
Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up
Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams
Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives
What this role focuses on:
Professional nursing judgment
Assessment and documentation
Coordination of care and services
Oversight rather than routine clinical procedures
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
Current RN license in good standing
CPR certification
Strong assessment and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
