Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The clinical director is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s clinical services meet the highest standards of quality care and comply with applicable laws and regulations. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of clinical programmes and Nihil se neglect the quality improvements. Monitoring and improving the quality of clinical care is a key responsibility. This may involve reviewing clinical documentation, conducting case reviews, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Allocate resources effectively to ensure that the organization can provide the necessary services while operating within budgetary parameters. Developing and expanding behavioural health and substance use programmes and services in response to community needs or changing patient demographics is often part of the role. This may involve conducting needs assessments and collaborating with other professionals and organisations. Provide direct client care, especially during times of high demand. Analyse clinical data and outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement to make informed decisions and enhance the quality of care. Collaborate with other healthcare providers, community organisations, and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to behavioural health care. Effectively manage crises or emergencies within the organisation, such as patient safety incidents or staff issues. Ensure the organisation is prioritising professional development throughout each level of service and discipline.

Requirements

Master’s or doctoral degree in a human services or related field (Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling)

Relevant licensure or certification, such as LP根, LCSW, and LMFT

10 years of experience in the behavioural health field, as well as 5 years of senior management experience

Experienced in Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) for opioid use, methamphetamine use, and alcohol use

A strong understanding of relevant state or federal regulations and licensing requirements for behavioural health and substance use services is essential to ensure compliance

Effective communication and ability to convey complex clinical information in a clear and understandable manner

Committed to high ethical standards and adherence to the code of ethics of the relevant profession

Ability to lead a team, make strategic decisions, and manage resources effectively

Should be prepared to handle crises or emergencies that may arise within the organisation or with clients
