Compensation Notes

$150K - $185K per year Annual Bonus Incentive

Daily Responsibilities For Director Of Pharmacy Operations

Drive operational performance by implementing cost-control strategies, process improvements, and aligning goals with leadership. Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support accuracy, efficiency, and service quality. Success in this role requires the ability to elevate leadership capability, standardize processes, improve performance and culture, and deliver measurable results across a complex, high-volume operation.

Required Qualifications For Director Of Pharmacy Operations

Strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, and performance optimization Demonstrated ability to lead in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
