About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Marketing for Primary Care, with a focus on an anticipated 2026 product launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the US Brand Strategy, leading cross-functional launch planning, and ensuring the overall success of the brand. This role requires a hands-on leader with a 'play to win' attitude, capable of creating a superior customer experience and fostering innovation, motivation, and collaboration. The Executive Director will work closely with internal and external partners, including Medical Affairs and Market Access teams, to design and execute commercialization strategies, and will be expected to have a strong understanding of the relevant science, product data, and market dynamics.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a recent background as a Senior Director or Executive Director in marketing. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in primary care marketing, including HCP and DTC experience, and a background in infectious disease, respiratory, virology, or COVID is a plus. The role demands a leader with strong executive presence, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to the highest ethical standards. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as strong analytical and communication skills, are essential. The candidate should be a local resident, commutable to the NJ office, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
