About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP and General Manager for Global Proteomics Solutions to lead the expansion of its market presence and organizational competencies in this high-growth application space. Candidates for this role at the company should have a proven track record in building and scaling global life science, genomics, or proteomics portfolio of solutions, with at least 20 years of leadership experience in the life science or biotech industries. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, with a focus on proteomics and genomics applications, is required, and an MBA or advanced clinical degree is preferred. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to manage a global P&L, and experience in leading regulatory-compliant product and workflow solutions development. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading the integration of a business into a company and a history of fostering a high-performing, collaborative team.
