Pay Rate: $21.00 Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm Job Duties: Receive, enter, and process customer and sales representative orders accurately and within department deadlines Handle order changes, adjustments, and special request orders Respond to customer and sales representative inquiries via phone, email, and mail regarding pricing, product availability, and order status Track and communicate order progress to customers and sales representatives Provide professional, high-quality customer service for product and service inquiries Process returns by issuing return authorization numbers and providing return shipping instructions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Job Requirements: Customer service experience Attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Documentation skills Excellent listening and phone skills Ability to analyze information and resolve conflicts Ability to multi-task High level of accuracy for data entry
