Customer Service Representative
Our client is one of the largest suppliers of natural and engineered stone in Florida and Michigan with multiple locations and expanding. They are renowned for the high quality and unique selection of granite, marble, quartzite, and porcelain slabs. They are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz, an engineered stone produced with the finest materials. They are also an exclusive distributor for Lapitec, a sintered stone is a matrix of minerals heated (sintered) to form a solid impenetrable mass. Their slabs have been imported from Italy, Brazil, India, and Asia for the past 17 years. They also offer a wide range of products including tile and backsplash materials to coordinate with a brand new or an existing countertop. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Naples area to join one of the fastest growing companies in the stone industry and become a vital part of our Michigan area team. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: Organizing & maintaining sample area Completing inspections of materials Maintaining warehouse in a clean, safe environment Handle material safely Keep vehicle stocked & clean with samples Visiting customers/helping reps with existing towers to update. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional over time and every other Saturday 9:00am
