Guest Relations Representative
Iredell Health System is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in a front-facing role, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. All shifts: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM A Week: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday B Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred. Bilingual preferred; the ability to understand, to make oneself understood to all Spanish speaking individuals, as well as able to read and write Spanish proficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
