Job Location: Warren, MI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $58 - $62.06/ hour on W2 only
Job Description: Role Summary The Assistant Website Manager will support the development and execution of digital strategy across website content, shopping tools, and marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless online research and shopping experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, digital product, and analytics.
The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, project management capabilities, and a passion for improving website performance, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Drive digital customer experience strategy across multiple digital platforms.
Help define website features and functionality to effectively communicate product and brand stories.
Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure timely launches.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute cohesive digital initiatives.
Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to improve website performance and meet key performance indicators.
Advocate for user-centric design using usability research, best practices, and customer insights.
Analyze website performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and testing.
Oversee website content strategy, content management, and digital asset development.
Support personalization and dynamic content strategies to enhance engagement and conversion.
Ensure digital content complies with accessibility standards and applicable regulations.
Skills & Abilities
Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Solid understanding of UX design principles and digital marketing best practices.
Experience with content management systems and digital shopping tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or product/project management for consumer-facing platforms.
Experience working with large-scale or complex digital ecosystems preferred.
Industry-specific experience is a plus but not required.
Collaborative team environment with frequent cross-functional interaction.
Role involves a mix of strategic planning, meetings, and hands‑on execution.
