Job Title Sales Representative

Position Summary The Area Sales Representative (ASR) is accountable for revenue generation, customer relationships, and growing the customer base within an assigned geographical area. The ASR is required to compile comprehensive offers and technical solutions for prospective and existing customers in a consultative sales approach. In addition, the ASR is responsible for all aspects of generating revenue through the sale and rental of products, solutions, and services.

Job Responsibilities

Perform market research and find business opportunities within the geographical area.

Continuously generate revenue within the assigned geographical area.

Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.

Actively manage customer projects and act as a liaison between CAE, Inc. and the customer.

Develop and execute a personal sales strategy including time and territory planning.

Effectively manage pipeline and coverage to ensure target achievement.

Maximize in‑person customer interactions to build and maintain relationships, understand requirements and needs, and provide support with current and future projects.

Utilize a consultative sales approach with the objective of adding value throughout the sales cycle.

Act as the liaison with the customer to maintain and improve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain pipeline, revenue forecasting, customer communications, and database within MAS Software on a daily basis.

Continuously learn and maintain knowledge of scaffolding products, services, and their application.

Qualifications / Requirements

Ability to understand CAE, Inc.'s sales process, contract terms and conditions, and B2B business environment.

Understanding of selling to trade professionals, subcontractors or service providers in the commercial, industrial or restoration industry and their market potential within the assigned geographical area.

Ability to identify key stakeholders and high‑potential customers and gain an understanding of their business.

Ability to be responsible for business generation as an independent contributor while maintaining the responsibility to engage and collaborate with other team members as required.

Self‑motivated with a strong competitive drive and a resilient nature.

Results‑oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to problem‑solve.

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time, tasks, and resources.

Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to utilizing new technology/software MAS.
