Environment Health & Safety Director (EHS Director)

This position will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing, directing, and managing the EHS programs for our manufacturing plants located in the U.S. This is a multi-faceted role which encompasses the management and implementation of quality systems; development and implementation of quality processes, procedures, and tools; management of internal and external quality audits; and supplier management.
Key Job Responsibilities
Achieve sales, expense, and operating income budget Supervision and direction of office and distribution center staff Motivation of personnel through positive reinforcement, team environment, communication of clear objectives, and performance reviews Conduct monthly Quality Control reviews and review with CSRs Responsible for Sales Office semi-annual business plan Develop and implement center budget semi annually The Director of Safety and Security reports to the Senior Vice President. The Director of Safety and Security is responsible for establishing a global security program that protects employees and company assets. This position will be responsible for safeguarding employees and assets by establishing measures to protect and reduce risk.
