Customer Service Manager Summary:
Ensure delivery of superior customer service through fast and accurate resolution of customer complaints, as well as ensuring that customer satisfaction is attained in resolving product and service-related issues . Essential job functions include the following: Fields inbound customer support calls and assists customers as needed Deliver resolutions to customers’ needs in a timely and professional manner Receives orders for products and parts Maintains customer service files and miscellaneous record keeping Process parts orders, which include entering, running labels, record keeping, etc. Coordinates with other departments to resolve issues (Order Entry, Production Scheduling, Logistics, Credit, Billing, Costing, and Quality) Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Highly effective oral and written communication skills Creative problem solving, negotiation, and motivational skills Ability to gain product knowledge in a timely fashion Ability to contribute to a team oriented environment Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment Continuously look for opportunities to improve our processes Understanding of other areas of the business Experience in Customer Service is a plus Education or experience required : High school or equivalent *Made in the USA with domestic and globally sourced components. *Made in the USA with domestic and globally sourced components.
