Director of Nursing
to lead our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Position qualifies for full benefit package. Salary negotiable based on education and experience.
Requirements:
Current South Dakota Registered Nursing license
Possess a bachelor's degree (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
Experience in acute care and emergency settings
Prior management experience (preferred)
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, and PALS (preferred)
Essential Duties:
Member of the facility management team
Exercises management responsibilities over supervisory and non-supervisory team members
Serves as an advisory role to Administration
Manager for Acute, Emergency, Materials Management, Outreach, and Outpatient
Administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the functions, activities, and training of the Nursing staff and is responsible for the total nursing care needs of all patients
