Thank you for considering our Director of Rehab position at Everett Transitional Care Services. This is a salaried position with eligibility to receive a monthly bonus. We are looking for either a PTA or COTA for this position.

Job Duties
The Director of Rehab oversees the entire therapy department including part‑time, full‑time, and PRN staff members Attend regular facility multi‑disciplinary management meetings Manage relationships with facility leadership/administration Interview/hire therapy staff in cooperation with Recruiting Create work schedules for the therapy team Effectively manage department revenues/expenses to ensure sustainable profitability Be the “face of the company” with patient family members and friends Carry a regular patient caseload. Minimum 50% productivity (expectations vary depending upon the size of the facility) Understand and ensure the therapy team maintains strict compliance with government regulations and guidelines Train the therapy team on policies, procedures, and documentation requirements Education/Experience Required
Prior DOR experience preferred, but not required Sincere love & concern for the geriatric population. They are who matter most! Driven, teachable, detail‑oriented, organized Current Washington State PTA or COTA license in good standing Minimum
one year
of experience treating patients in a skilled nursing facility Solid understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private‑pay reimbursement guidelines (PDPM) C competent & confident leading and motivating others
