You will be responsible for supporting the B2B sales team in acquiring new clients. You must have the ability to recognize a clear sales opportunity and know how to establish an effective pre-sales appointment for our external sales executives, being creative to reach the right prospects (comfort level in speaking with company managers and other decision-makers), and demonstrating effective oral and written communication skills, maintaining perseverance and dedication to make a productive volume of calls. * Experience of 18 months prospecting B2B clients digitally. * Experience of 6 months prospecting B2B clients digitally in the North American market. Advanced level of English. Business Development Executive (BDE)

You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from client search to direct sale of the portfolio. Identifying and developing a portfolio of corporate accounts in key markets and cultivating new business relationships. * More than 4 years of experience in the complete sales cycle and management of B2B corporate accounts and intangibles, from prospecting to closing the sale. Business Development Executive Bilinge (BDE)

More than 4 years of experience in the complete sales cycle and management of B2B corporate accounts and intangibles, from prospecting to closing the sale, in the North American market. Advanced level of English. Partnerships Sales Executive (PSE)

You will be responsible for prospecting B2B clients and following up on all existing agreements in the company, managing the sales cycle and generating a constant relationship with the employees and the human resources area of the companies with which Open English generates corporate alliances. * Previous experience in B2B client prospecting and direct sales through Contact Center, telemarketing, or B2C of intangible products preferably in the education sector, for a minimum of 2 years (Mix B2B/B2C). Customer Success Executive HR (CS HR)

You will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with our existing clients, following up on their experience with our products and thus continuing the employment relationship with them, executing commercial strategies and collaborating closely with our marketing and sales team, to successfully promote our platform and the value it offers. Customer Services Executive (CS)

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our active clients; Following up on customer comments about our platform and company through calls, emails, and when necessary, visits. Creating strategies with the aim of ensuring the continuity of relationships with existing customers, conducting analysis and research for the region in charge. * Previous experience in B2B prospecting and client management.
