Youll lead the store team to deliver outstanding experiences while driving sales and supporting daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, and ensuring the store is business ready every day./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliDeliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model/liliActively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc/liliAssist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards/liliOversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities/liliServe as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with HEYDUDE/liliAdhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives/liliModels best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success/li/ulh3What Youll Bring to the Table/h3ulliMust be 18 years or older/lili2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles/liliFlexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position/liliDesire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment/liliProven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results/liliValid drivers license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function/li/ulpThe work environment and physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
