Youll lead the store team to deliver outstanding experiences while driving sales and supporting daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, and ensuring the store is business ready every day./ph3What Youll Do/h3pDeliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S. service model./ppActively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc./ppAssist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards./ppOversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities./ppServe as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with HEYDUDE./ppAdhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives./ppModels best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success./ph3What Youll Bring to the Table/h3pMust be 18 years or older./pp2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles./ppFlexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position./ppDesire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment./ppProven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results./ppValid drivers license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function./ppAbility to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor./ppAbility to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks./ppAbility to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise./ppAbility to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance./ppAbility to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store./ppAbility to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time./ppAbility to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer./ppThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
