Admissions Representative
Admissions Representative is responsible for enrolling students who meet the admissions criteria and can benefit from the academic programs offered. This role requires maintaining high enrollment standards and leading by example in personal performance and productivity. Key duties include evaluating and enrolling qualified prospective students for academic programs, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to promote enrollment and assist applicants, achieving high student start rates by leading in personal production and meeting enrollment targets, collaborating with other departments and participating in recruitment events to enhance outreach and support new students. Job responsibilities include attracting qualified students who will benefit from the school's programs while refraining from involvement in admissions testing or decisions, managing inquiries throughout the admissions process, updating CampusNexus with all inquiry-related activities, providing exceptional customer service, enhancing recruitment strategies creatively, completing the Admissions Blue Folder, reporting daily recruitment activities, adhering to Admissions Policies and Procedures, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong multi-tasking and time management abilities, a results-oriented approach, proven experience in sales or customer service, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as required. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree in a relevant field, minimum of one year of admissions or related experience, previous experience working in a campus setting, hands-on experience with CampusNexus or similar student information systems. Work schedule includes Monday - Thursday: 9:00am to 6:00pm 2 days, 10:00am to 7:00pm 2 days, Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm (one to two times a month).
