Our Internship Program is nationwide, spanning over 140 office locations across the country. An internship at Gallagher could be the first step on a career path that offers tremendous growth potential. Many of our sales professionals started on this program as interns. Our comprehensive "learning by doing" experience will provide you with a realistic look at what it means to be a Gallagher Producer through job shadowing, presentations, client project assignments, prospecting, and more. You'll be given exposure to all divisions and service lines with the opportunity to work in one primary area: Insurance under Gallagher Global Brokerage HR Services under Gallagher Benefit Services Risk management under Risk Placement Services Claims under Gallagher Bassett Services Reinsurance under Gallagher Re On a day-to-day basis you'll learn and develop skills in five core areas: Understanding Consultative Selling Professional Development Collaboration Building Professional Acumen Culture We're looking for people who are excited to explore a career in sales and client relations that is rewarding personally, professionally, and financially. With a self-starter attitude, you'll be collaborative and have the enthusiasm to understand people's needs. You'll be able to manage relationships, provide leadership where needed, and demonstrate your interpersonal skills when working well with others. You'll be able to organize yourself and your work, have the ability to multi-task and have a passion to build a supportive network. Rising sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028 are welcome to apply. Availability to participate within program dates: June 8th, 2026 and ends: August 7th, 2026. Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States is required. We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
