Car Sales Associates must be willing to: Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner. Invest time in continuous product knowledge training. Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles. Be committed to customer service before and after the sale. Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources. Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price. Job Requirements for Car Sales Associates: Be able and willing to work 50+ hours per week, which will include every Saturday while having a day off during the week instead. Strong computer/internet and phone skills. Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills. Self starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction. Valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) Customer facing sales or customer service experience.
